Job Requirements
- one year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- experience in EMR systems such as E-Clinical Works, Epic, Athena Health or NextGen
- able to handle high call volume and multitask while providing excellent customer experience

- candidates with customer service background in retail, hospitality or call centers will be considered
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- experience in EMR systems such as E-Clinical Works, Epic, Athena Health or NextGen
- able to handle high call volume and multitask while providing excellent customer experience
- knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- value-based care model experience preferred
Job Duties
- Operate switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs
- take and distribute accurate messages
- greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit
- issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
- alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee
- respond to routine inquiries such as location, hours of operation, phone numbers or email address
- perform miscellaneous administrative activities including booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages
- make decisions within defined parameters under close supervision and according to established policies and guidelines
