Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year customer service experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • open availability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Kingwood, TX 77339 before starting work
  • ability to work in person at the dealership location

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience of at least one year
  • familiarity with multi-line phone systems advantageous
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple phone lines efficiently
  • professional and courteous attitude
  • experience with clerical tasks
  • knowledge of basic automotive dealership operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Operate a multi-line phone system
  • answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • operate dealership paging system to locate individuals for phone calls
  • minimize caller hold times and check back with callers frequently
  • screen calls as requested by managers
  • develop knowledge of dealership information to respond to basic inquiries
  • notify IT department of phone system issues
  • update and distribute phone directory
  • perform assigned clerical duties
  • take detailed messages and deliver them promptly
