Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Provides overall administrative support to all departments
- Office maintenance, keeping the office and conference rooms clean and organized, and performing inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
- Organize and schedule training events and catering for customer visits
- Record keeping, organization and filing
- Makes travel arrangements and negotiates rates with local hotels
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested
