Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provides overall administrative support to all departments
  • Office maintenance, keeping the office and conference rooms clean and organized, and performing inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Organize and schedule training events and catering for customer visits
  • Record keeping, organization and filing
  • Makes travel arrangements and negotiates rates with local hotels
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested
