Job Duties
- Greet, identify and direct all visitors to proper departments, resident accommodation, etc.
- Serve as an information resource person to visitors, staff and residents, answering or routing questions to appropriate departments, explaining procedures, etc.
- Answer, screen and transfer telephone calls
- Take and relay messages, as necessary
- Operate the public address system for paging and announcements
- Keep reception desk and lobby area neat and orderly in order to provide a positive impression on those passing through the area
