Job Duties
- Answer telephones
- greet and assist visitors
- perform clerical tasks
- process mailing labels and sort outgoing mail
- assist coworkers with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
- maintain confidentiality of all data
- support administration team with miscellaneous projects
- communicate directly with hospital customers
- maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- cooperate and work as a team player
- perform other duties as assigned
