  • minimum one year experience in an administrative position
  • familiarity with office machines and equipment
  • background screening through Florida AHCA Clearinghouse
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to work in a healthcare setting

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly manner
  • answer phones in a timely and professional manner using proper English
  • print daily census each morning
  • type correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed for department directors
  • receipt all monies for operating, trust, and security accounts as instructed by management
  • sell meal tickets to guests and personnel and keep accurate records
  • assist in ordering supplies for the facility
  • coordinate transportation when necessary
  • assist the Admissions Department with inquiries, paperwork, and tours
  • perform other assigned duties as needed
