Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of clerical or reception experience preferred
- cpr and first aide certification preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in microsoft office programs
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple phone lines and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- one year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field preferred
- prior experience dealing with the public regularly
- ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in delivering customer service
- cpr certified
- first aide certified
- ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions
- ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records and submit reports
- proficient in microsoft office programs
- organizational skills
- good phone technique
- knowledge of basic office equipment
Job Duties
- provide clerical and organizational support to the team
- provide reception coverage for the front desk
- receive and log packages
- be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors
- assist in the gift shop
- maintain good phone technique
- handle basic office equipment including multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, photocopier
