Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read write speak and understand the English language
- Ability to walk continuously bend frequently and sit occasionally
- Ability to operate computer systems and phone systems
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis

Job Duties
- Greet and provide assistance to visitors and guests
- Communicate and have meaningful conversations with residents
- Distribute mail to residents and staff
- Copy documents for department heads
- Type up documents for directors and administrator
- Answer phones and send calls to the appropriate person
- Prepare doctor appointment reminders as needed
- Call and verify doctor appointments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attend and participate in staff meetings projects special events committees and mandatory training as appropriate
