Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role, ideally in a health care setting
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
- ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- professional appearance and demeanor
- compassionate, customer-service-oriented approach with sensitivity to residents and families
- availability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff
- manage the front desk and reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting
- provide information to visitors and callers regarding the facility, policies, and services offered
- maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols
- schedule and coordinate appointments for residents, staff, and visitors as needed
- assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
