- Prior experience working with the public required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of switchboard operation
- Clerical and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls to facility
- Direct calls to the appropriate individual
- Greet guests, new clients, and residents with warmth and passion
- Assist in handling of incoming and outgoing mail
- File documents and records accurately
- Order office supplies as needed
- Handle all maintenance orders for the facility
