  • previous experience in data entry or office environment preferred

  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer inquiries
  • maintain customer records and update necessary information
  • assist with data entry and billing processes
  • provide administrative support to the office staff
  • transcribe dictation and prepare correspondence and documents
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
