Job Requirements
- legally eligible to work in the united states
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- experience with customer service
- proficiency with ms office and basic technology
- willingness to work on-site full time
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in microsoft office and basic it equipment
- ability to multitask and solve problems independently

Job Duties
- greet and assist customers upon arrival
- manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- handle administrative tasks including mail sorting and invoice preparation
- coordinate meeting room bookings and technical support
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of the workspace
- assist in organizing community events and communications
- manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
