Job Requirements

- 1-3 years experience in receptionist or administrative roles

Job Duties
- Managing and organizing front desk activities
- establishing interpersonal relationships and communicating effectively as the first company contact
- assisting employees with special requests and acting as an employee relations liaison
- greeting visitors and maintaining visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system
- issuing temporary badges for employees, vendors, and contractors
- directing visitors appropriately and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
- performing multiple administrative tasks such as event support and assisting with property management ticket requests
- supporting onsite meetings including setup and teardown of meetings, lunches, and townhalls
- receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages, printing FedEx labels, creating shipments and pickups, and maintaining package and storage areas
- keeping reception area clean and tidy, decorating for occasions and holidays
- assisting local stakeholders with event or project needs such as printing and signage
