Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in receptionist or administrative roles
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service
  • interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • physical capability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Managing and organizing front desk activities
  • establishing interpersonal relationships and communicating effectively as the first company contact
  • assisting employees with special requests and acting as an employee relations liaison
  • greeting visitors and maintaining visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system
  • issuing temporary badges for employees, vendors, and contractors
  • directing visitors appropriately and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
  • performing multiple administrative tasks such as event support and assisting with property management ticket requests
  • supporting onsite meetings including setup and teardown of meetings, lunches, and townhalls
  • receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages, printing FedEx labels, creating shipments and pickups, and maintaining package and storage areas
  • keeping reception area clean and tidy, decorating for occasions and holidays
  • assisting local stakeholders with event or project needs such as printing and signage
