Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Understanding of patient confidentiality practices

Job Duties
- Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Greet visitors and direct to appropriate office or resident room
- Give directions and or information to visitors, guests, residents
- Assist with administrative duties such as typing, filing, etc. as directed
- Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements
