Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years prior relevant work experience

Job Qualifications

  • Prior administrative, reception, or concierge experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provides 5-star customer service to all employees and visitors
  • Answers incoming telephone calls and routes callers appropriately
  • Ensures all visitors complete and understand the corporation's Nondisclosure Agreement
  • Logs visitors into the registration system
  • Activates temporary badges for employees with issues
  • Issues facility access cards to employees
  • Answers and routes global calls professionally and confidentially
  • Prioritizes calls and escalates customer service issues
  • Trains back-up staff and provides guidance on policies
  • Notifies employees of inbound deliveries and manages mail room interactions
  • Provides light administrative support such as scheduling and ordering catering
  • Follows up on loaned access cards and contacts Security if not returned
  • Builds professional relationships with customers and teams
  • Maintains the reception area neat and orderly
  • Services and replenishes barista, pantry, kitchen, and meeting areas
  • Performs meeting and conference room set-ups
  • Monitors and replenishes office supplies
  • Assists with copy/print orders and equipment monitoring
  • Maintains professionalism and composure with callers and visitors
  • Determines additional support needed for sensitive inquiries
  • Provides back of office coverage and seeks additional workload during downtime
