Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- familiarity with switchboard telephone systems
- ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- effective communication skills
- ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- basic computer proficiency
- physical ability to perform required tasks including sitting, standing, and light lifting

- previous telephone switchboard experience

Job Duties
- Manages inbound switch board telephonic inquiries and routes calls accordingly
- meets and greets all clientele in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- routes customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact within the dealership
- coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
- assists with problem resolution as required
- provides administrative back-up to various dealership departments as needed
- handles multiple tasks concurrently with frequent interruptions
- adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- performs other duties as assigned
