Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in a receptionist or similar role
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service
- proficient in interpersonal communication
- ability to work independently and manage time
- ability to keep information confidential and organized
- experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications
- ability to stoop, stand, climb, and frequently lift at least 25 lbs
- well-spoken individual
- ability to read and understand oral and written information
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage and organize front desk activities
- establish interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively with visitors and employees
- assist employees with special requests and act as employee relations liaison
- greet visitors and maintain visitor sign-in using the Envoy system
- issue temporary badges to employees, vendors, and contractors
- follow established protocols to protect privacy when speaking with callers
- provide administrative support including event coordination and property management ticket requests
- assist with onsite meetings including setup and teardown of events
- receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- maintain package and storage areas
- keep reception area clean and decorated
- support event and project needs such as printing and signage
