Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in a receptionist or similar role
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service
  • proficient in interpersonal communication
  • ability to work independently and manage time
  • ability to keep information confidential and organized
  • experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • ability to stoop, stand, climb, and frequently lift at least 25 lbs
  • well-spoken individual
  • ability to read and understand oral and written information

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in a receptionist or related administrative role
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills
  • proficient interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and organization
  • familiarity with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google platforms

Job Duties

  • Manage and organize front desk activities
  • establish interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively with visitors and employees
  • assist employees with special requests and act as employee relations liaison
  • greet visitors and maintain visitor sign-in using the Envoy system
  • issue temporary badges to employees, vendors, and contractors
  • follow established protocols to protect privacy when speaking with callers
  • provide administrative support including event coordination and property management ticket requests
  • assist with onsite meetings including setup and teardown of events
  • receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • maintain package and storage areas
  • keep reception area clean and decorated
  • support event and project needs such as printing and signage
