Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- 1-3 years experience working in reception or similar role
- strong verbal and written communication skills

- experience with microsoft office and google applications

Job Duties
- managing and organizing front desk activities
- establishing interpersonal relationships and communicating effectively as the first point of contact
- assisting employees with special requests and acting as an employee relations liaison
- greeting visitors and maintaining visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system
- issuing temporary badges for employees, vendors, contractors and directing visitors appropriately
- following protocol to protect customer and employee privacy during communications
- supporting onsite meetings and events including setup and teardown
- receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages and managing shipping logistics
- keeping the reception area clean, tidy and decorated for occasions
- assisting local stakeholders with event or project needs such as printing and signage
