Job Requirements

- Ability to recognize valid and fraudulent IDs
- Ability to work part-time hours

Job Qualifications

- Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred
- Familiarity with ID verification and compliance regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a clean appearance
- Basic computer skills including operating POS systems
- Ability to multitask and manage customer flow effectively
Job Duties
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Checking IDs compliantly according to MED laws
- Scanning customers into the POS system
- Organizing customer queues to avoid overcrowding
- Signing visitors into the guest log and verifying access
- Answering phone calls professionally and directing them appropriately
- Communicating product assortment and promoting loyalty programs
