Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months clerical experience or secretarial science program completion
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- knowledge of laws and regulations related to post acute care
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- adherence to company policies and code of conduct
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and reach
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- completed secretarial science program or have minimum six months clerical experience
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- knowledge of post acute care facility practices
- ability to make independent decisions
- understanding of patient rights, safety, and sanitation
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Screen visitors to the building
- answer phones
- perform front desk responsibilities
- serve as first point of contact for guests and visitors
- operate facility phone and paging system effectively
- assist in the evacuation of patients
- maintain regular attendance
