- Previous experience working in luxury retail preferred
- automotive experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate
- clearly communicates caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
- greets and assists customers
- coordinates the pick-up and delivery of mail services
- assists with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
