Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Greet and engage with all community visitors ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience
- Manage incoming calls providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform various administrative tasks such as sorting mail maintaining sign-in documentation and other tasks as assigned
