Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English both written and verbally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent with basic math
- Preferred experience in JDE/Score 4 but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Enjoy working with the general public
- Must pass a pre-employment background check

Job Duties
- Review and audit daily cash receipts
- Enter monthly Parker and payment records
- Process payments received by locations
- Perform data entry using JDE 8.12 and Park ABM
- Assist in verifying DCR bank deposits and issuing discrepancy reports as needed
- Assist with collections by phone
- Maintain filing and monthly storage of all forms
- Perform receptionist duties as needed
- Manage multiple tasks with flexibility
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and thanking customers
- Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance
- Follow dress code and hygiene guidelines
- Alert appropriate personnel to suspicious activity
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
