Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- ability to respond with flexibility to shifting priorities and change
- ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
- ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- data entry skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- frequent repetitive motion with hand(s) and arm(s), such as grasping, gripping and keying on computer keyboard and calculator
- successful completion of PEP survey, drug screen, employment reference check, criminal background check and credit check may be required

Job Duties
- Answer multi-line phone system
- transfer calls to correct person
- greet vendors and visitors
- order office supplies weekly and as needed
- keep the supply room neat
- update box list in computer
- update job description/store list and extension list
- receive UPS/FedEx items
- provide back up for mail room
- assist as needed in any area of the accounting team
