Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • ability to respond with flexibility to shifting priorities and change
  • ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
  • ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • data entry skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • frequent repetitive motion with hand(s) and arm(s), such as grasping, gripping and keying on computer keyboard and calculator
  • successful completion of PEP survey, drug screen, employment reference check, criminal background check and credit check may be required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • transfer calls to correct person
  • greet vendors and visitors
  • order office supplies weekly and as needed
  • keep the supply room neat
  • update box list in computer
  • update job description/store list and extension list
  • receive UPS/FedEx items
  • provide back up for mail room
  • assist as needed in any area of the accounting team
