  • prior experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers)
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion
