Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience as a receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant working with the public or office management preferred
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
- Must obtain a valid driver’s license within 90 days of hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax machines, and copy machines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite
- Exceptional customer service ability
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for opening and closing the main office building lobby and keeping the lobby area clean
- Provide timely, proactive, and professional customer service to all internal and external Sunrise customers
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering questions and referring inquiries to the appropriate person
- Monitor, process, and direct voicemails left on the main phone line
- Support the QA work group with administrative tasks and prioritize the connection of calls and messages from external partners such as DDA, RCS, and APS
- Maintain employee and department directories
- Route calls to Supported Living work groups and other divisions and departments
- Manage copy room functions including completing projects, keeping the area neat, monitoring stock levels, and requesting maintenance
- Oversee garage storage area keeping it organized and reporting stock levels and damages
- Maintain office bathroom supplies and cleanliness
- Manage break room duties including making coffee, monitoring cleanliness, and cleaning refrigerator and freezer weekly
- Report any issues with vehicles and the 811 building and property to the Supported Living Director
- Set up, coordinate, and conduct group activities for Community Living participants promoting skills in fitness, social skills, arts, crafts, and games
- Research, design, and coordinate one-time and regular events including scheduling, supply acquisition, and advertising
- Ensure events support health, safety, self-recognition, community integration, relationship development, and promote competence and self-reliance
- Perform minimal driving required to pick up items from the store
- Model positive, proactive communication and collaboration styles encouraging team voice and engagement
- Act with professionalism at all times
- Maintain multi-line phone system proficiency
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette, helpfulness, graciousness, and hospitality.
