Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Connect customers by phone or in person with the appropriate dealership team member
- Assist customers and vendors promptly and courteously
- Manage telephone switchboard and customer demographic data entry
- Support sales and service teams during busy periods and special events
- Maintain organization and communicate effectively with team members
- Provide a positive first impression and ensure excellent customer service experience
