Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one-year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience
- ability to operate multiline telephone system
- proficiency in POS system use and cash handling
- good verbal and written communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance and organize reception area
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- compliance with safety protocols
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Count the beginning and ending cash banks for the cash register and have the School Operations Manager verify the dollar amounts
- Greet all visitors to the school including prospective students and clients
- Utilize POS system to enter client services and ring up tickets, collecting all monies owed
- Enter tuition payments into the POS system ensuring payments are added correctly
- Maintain the appointment book and assign students on a rotation basis with floor instructors' assistance
- Promptly answer the telephone professionally within three rings and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain adequate supplies and professional appearance of the front desk area
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed
- Control all clinic tickets ensuring every patron receives a receipt
- Monitor, wash, and supply towels for client services
- Maintain POS system security against unauthorized use
