Job Duties
- Answer the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner
- Scan and file as needed
- Assist clients as needed
- Receive mail, open, scan and process daily
- Assist with weekly inventory, purchasing and lunch planning
- Maintain kitchen to ensure cleanliness
- Assist service team with flood determinations and policy downloads and other tasks as needed
- Assist with compilation of information for special projects
