- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

- Receive patients and direct them to the appropriate services
- Make patient appointments and follow-up appointments

- Maintain records of appointments and patient interactions
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
