Job Duties

  • Greet students and visitors and direct them to the proper department
  • answer incoming calls for the campus and route inquiries promptly and professionally
  • enter and update admission information and data in the CRM system
  • provide clerical support to Admissions Office Coordinator, Director of Admissions, and Associate Director of Admissions
  • lead customer service activities at the point of first contact
  • offer assistance and directions to visitors and take accurate messages
  • process correspondence and mail for Admissions department according to regulations
  • maintain spreadsheets of new student information
  • assist with student entrance testing and events
  • create and distribute advertising materials
  • process applications and new student enrollments
  • prepare confidential letters
  • order name plates, tags, and business cards for departments
  • interview and train night receptionist
  • perform referrals and cross-training with Admissions Coordinator
  • engage in student outreach activities
  • distribute parking permits as delegated
  • collect paperwork and payment for college transcripts
  • perform all other duties assigned by Directors of Admissions
