Job Duties
- lead the customer service activities at the point of first contact
- answer all incoming calls and direct inquiries at the reception desk in a professional manner to the appropriate associate or department
- offer assistance and directions to all visitors at the campus and take accurate messages as needed
- input and update all leads and data in the CRM system in an accurate and timely basis including appointments, phone comments, and interview comments
- process correspondence for the Admissions department as needed
- assist Admission Office Assistant as needed
- perform all other assigned duties by the Directors of Admissions
