Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- Provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and company website
- Greets and directs visitors to the community
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services like FedEx and UPS
- Resolves customer questions and concerns
