Job Requirements

  • no prior insurance experience required
  • ability to follow established procedures
  • experience with multi-line phone systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to type quickly and accurately
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • able to sit at front desk independently when supervisor is absent
  • reliable and trustworthy

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to type quickly and accurately
  • highly organized and punctual
  • familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical, and honest
  • experienced with ImageRight workflow tasks
  • cross-trained on mail and scanning duties

Job Duties

  • manage multi-line phone systems
  • greet visitors and clients professionally
  • assist with call handling and direct calls as necessary
  • perform administrative tasks including mail handling and scanning
  • complete ImageRight workflow tasks
  • maintain organized and structured front desk operations
  • sit at the front desk when the supervisor is out of office
