Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the club during shifts
  • flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
  • commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture

Job Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • computer proficiency and comfort using reservation systems, email, and office software
  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • professional appearance and demeanor reflective of a private club setting
  • prior experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, or member services
  • higher education is preferred
  • experience working in a private club, hotel, resort, or luxury service environment
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • a proactive mindset with a passion for service excellence

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
  • serve as the first point of contact aiding information and offering concierge-style service
  • anticipate member needs and respond promptly to requests, questions, and concerns
  • uphold the club’s service standards and contribute to a welcoming, refined atmosphere
  • respond to, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and messages with clarity and courtesy
  • manage reservations, appointments, and general inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and workspace
  • support departmental operations through administrative tasks and special assignments as required
  • accommodate other duties and tasks when needed
  • act as a liaison between members, management, and internal departments
  • communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and via email
  • assist members with the internal club’s mobile device app
  • aid in facilitating member experience social calendar amongst members and keeping them informed with daily club within a club activities and events
  • assist in coordinating member activities, events, and daily club operations
