- 3-5 years of office coordination experience

- current use of MS Office Suite including Word and Excel
- detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- exceptional communication skills

- capable of passing a pre-employment background check

Job Duties
- Greet visitors
- receive send and distribute mail
- answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
- order and maintain office supplies/inventory
- generate memos emails and reports when appropriate
- coordinate meetings and travel itineraries
- respond to questions and requests for information
- add providers and attach documents into internal and client systems
- type at least 60 WPM
