Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of office coordination experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • current use of MS Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • exceptional communication skills
  • superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • capable of passing a pre-employment background check

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors
  • receive send and distribute mail
  • answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
  • order and maintain office supplies/inventory
  • generate memos emails and reports when appropriate
  • coordinate meetings and travel itineraries
  • respond to questions and requests for information
  • add providers and attach documents into internal and client systems
  • type at least 60 WPM
