Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
- manage front desk activities including mail distribution, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- support other team members by performing assistant duties as needed
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- handle inquiries and provide information to clients and staff
