Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • ability to be cross trained in administrative tasks

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
  • manage front desk activities including mail distribution, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • support other team members by performing assistant duties as needed
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • handle inquiries and provide information to clients and staff
