Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software
  • Availability to work full-time shifts including evenings and nights

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, Excel
  • High school diploma
  • BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence including e-mail, letters, packages
  • Support bookkeeping
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports
  • Sort mail
  • Perform any other duty to help maintain the office
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
