Job Requirements

  • Completion of 4 years of high school preferred
  • computer and typing skills
  • customer service and interpersonal skills
  • organizational skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • COVID-19 and influenza vaccination or exemption

Job Qualifications

  • Equal to the completion of 4 years of high school is preferred
  • good computer and typing skills required
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • management of aggressive behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
  • must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or exempted by signing a statement certifying exemption after hire

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and answer routine questions
  • answer the phone and transfer callers appropriately
  • maintain records and process paperwork assigned to the information desk
  • stock supplies
  • provide guidance to volunteers
  • support the general supervision and direction of the Manager or designee
