Job Qualifications
- High school degree or diploma preferred
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as OneDrive, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with Applied Epic is a plus

Job Duties
- Professionally manage the front desk including greeting and directing visitors
- Notify employees when visitors arrive
- Maintain front desk and common office areas in a neat and organized manner
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
- Provide information via telephone, email, and walk-ins
- Receive and distribute daily incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes
- Assist with supply management and re-ordering
- Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, recordkeeping, and preparing reports
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, conferences, and training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
