Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of relevant experience
- strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- attention to detail with clear and accurate message taking and distribution
- strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- basic knowledge of MS Outlook and Word
- ability to type 30 wpm
- basic math skills

- professional certification in customer service or administration preferred

Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
- record messages accurately and handle or refer questions appropriately
- assist with placing international and conference calls
- welcome clients and escort them to designated areas
- monitor event management system for real-time conference room activity
- identify partners and directors by name and face
- update visitor arrival and departure information
- transmit and monitor incoming fax queues
- troubleshoot fax transmissions
- process car service requests and monitor flight arrivals
- coordinate taxi dispatch and monitor progress
- follow daily assignment schedule for reception coverage
- perform other duties as assigned
