Job Requirements
- Fully in-office position requiring working on-site five days per week
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a CPA or professional services setting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with Adobe preferred
- knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- flexibility and adaptability
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one to two years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a CPA or professional services firm environment
- excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- professional demeanor with a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude
- ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- familiarity with Adobe (PDF) preferred
- familiar with general office procedures, business correspondence, filing systems, and office equipment
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- manage front desk operations, including meeting room coordination and scheduling
- maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional appearance
- receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- prepare outgoing mail and shipments
- support the office operations team and administrative staff by assisting with office events, special projects, and providing backup support as needed
