Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting principles
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong organizational skills
- availability to work full-time Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
- outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- excellent organizational and leadership skills
- familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, including Excel
- high school diploma
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- manage phone calls and correspondence including e-mail, letters, packages
- support bookkeeping
- track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- submit timely reports
- sort mail
- assist colleagues whenever necessary
