Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting principles
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong organizational skills
  • availability to work full-time Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, including Excel
  • high school diploma
  • BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • manage phone calls and correspondence including e-mail, letters, packages
  • support bookkeeping
  • track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • submit timely reports
  • sort mail
  • assist colleagues whenever necessary
