Job Requirements
- CPR/AED certified or ability to obtain within 60 days
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to greet and engage members and guests positively
- Proficient in member check-in and management systems
- Effective phone communication skills
- Must arrive to work on time and adhere to uniform policy
- Willingness to participate in team meetings and club activities
- Commitment to safety and emergency response protocols
- Ability to perform opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
- Capacity to handle administrative tasks and multitask as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge all members and guests with a friendly and energetic attitude
- Monitor member check-in by verifying membership cards and photographing family members
- Administer the UPS system for Membership Directors accurately
- Answer phone calls efficiently within three rings and direct appropriately
- Take and relay accurate phone messages
- Record all reservations and manage class sign-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate upcoming activities, promotions, and policy changes to members
- Participate actively in department and club meetings
- Adhere to opening, closing, and cleaning checklists and procedures
- Follow the club's emergency response protocols and act with safety as a priority
- Contribute to team goals and maintain open communication within the team
- Complete administrative and support duties as assigned
