Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years in behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with admissions, scheduling, and insurance verification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Bilingualism preferred

Job Duties
- Answering phones and managing referrals
- Scheduling intake appointments and coordinating admissions
- Verifying insurance and assisting with registration paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality
- Maintaining accurate admission and referral records
- Supporting a clean, welcoming front lobby
