Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- Support the perfect patient experience process by assisting patients from arrival through their visit
- Schedule appointments ensuring smooth and productive days for healthcare providers
- Communicate effectively with patients and guests in the reception area
- Answer telephones promptly and handle calls efficiently and thoroughly
- Complete all daily front office checklist tasks
- Post payments to patient accounts according to company policies
- Maintain expertise in practice management systems regarding patient registration and account information
- Efficiently check in patients, obtain consents, and notify back office of arrivals and pertinent information
- Confirm patient appointments at least two days in advance according to office policies
- Return and resolve all patient messages from the Contact Center promptly
- Participate actively in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and required meetings
- Understand business imperatives and impact on metrics
- Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand consistent with company framework
- Support clinician on patient education about the Mouth-Body Connection
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies
- Perform other duties as assigned
