Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 am to 6 pm

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and residents with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide administrative support to facility personnel
  • Assist with filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Support business office functions including scheduling and correspondence
  • Aid recruiting efforts by screening and coordinating applicants
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
