Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in microsoft office suite
  • ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
  • basic knowledge of office equipment operation

Job Qualifications

  • additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in microsoft office suite and basic office equipment

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
  • manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in an efficient manner
