Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule customer appointments and maintain calendar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Provide information and answer inquiries about products and services
