Job Duties
- Greets patients, verifies registration information, confirms insurance information, and schedules follow-up appointments
- answers multi-line phone and triages calls
- schedules appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
- performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department
- assists Medical Assistant and works with other staff members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the clinic
